There are situations that can only be resolved through the courts. Breach of contract, property division, problems between tenants and landlords, condominiums and tourist resort management, illegalities in public administration or undue collection of taxes. We also act before international courts in cases involving the application of international law and in the pre-litigation phase, where we work with the client to define the best procedural strategy.
